What We Do

We curate exceptional homes through thoughtful creative direction and a clear, intentional vision.

We are drawn to the relationship between light, proportion, materiality, and flow—and the way these elements shape how a space is felt, not just how it looks.

Working alongside architects, interior designers and builders we help shape the creative vision of a development project, ensuring that architecture, interiors, materials, and experience come together as one cohesive story.

We are drawn to spaces with personality. Spaces that challenge convention, embrace contrast, and feel collected rather than predictable. While timelessness remains at the core of every project, we believe the most memorable homes are created when creativity is given room to breathe.

The goal is never to follow trends or replicate what has already been done. It is to create homes with character—spaces that feel distinctive, enduring, and entirely their own.

About Me

Swanti Aurora | Creative Director

I've always been curious about what makes certain spaces unforgettable. Often it's not a single feature, but the careful balance of light, scale, texture, and flow that creates a feeling you can't quite put into words.

What began as curiosity evolved into a lifelong passion for design, creativity, and visual storytelling. I earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Graphic Design in the United Kingdom before completing a Master's in Education and teaching Design & Technology, Art, and Photography in both the UK and Canada. Those experiences shaped the way I think today—teaching me to see beyond aesthetics and understand how thoughtful design can influence the way people feel, move, connect, and live.

Travel has played an equally important role in shaping my perspective.

I find inspiration everywhere—from the quiet elegance of a boutique hotel, to the layered character of a historic neighbourhood, to the way different cultures approach beauty, craftsmanship, and everyday living. Wherever I go, I pay attention. I collect ideas, observe details, and study the subtle elements that make a space memorable. These experiences continue to influence my work, bringing a global perspective and a fresh perspective to every project.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of creative direction, development, and design vision.

Working alongside architects, interior designers and builders, I help shape the creative identity of a project from its earliest stages. My role is not to replace any discipline, but to bring them together—ensuring that architecture, interiors, materials, and experience work in harmony to create something meaningful.

I am drawn to projects with character. Spaces that feel collected rather than decorated. Homes that balance timeless design with unexpected moments. While I respect tradition, I am never afraid to challenge convention when it serves the vision.

For me, great design is not about following trends. It is about creating spaces with depth, personality, and a strong sense of place—homes that feel effortless, enduring, and deeply connected to the people who live within them.

The most beautiful spaces aren't just seen, they are experienced and felt.

2122 explores modern restraint through layered texture, strong geometry, and carefully considered detail. A dramatic open-to-below glass staircase and sculptural tile feature wall establish the home's architectural language, while darker cabinetry, curated lighting, and expansive skyline views create a balance of warmth and sophistication.
